The term polyurethane fabric is used to describe two-layer fabric laminated with PU Membrane. Tepastex as a lamination specialist produce waterproof two layers fabrics by using PU or PTFE membranes. We are able to produce polyurethane fabrics from fabrics with the desired composition and weaving types.
Functions
PU fabrics that we produce are %100 waterproof and water repellent. In other words, our membrane laminated fabrics are waterproof even under pressurized water and the water easily slides without passing through the fabric.
Thanks to the highest quality PU or PTFE membranes we use during the lamination process, polyurethane fabrics are extremely breathable. Fabrics allow moisture to pass while blocking water passage.
Our two-layer fabrics are windproof, so they protect the wearer from strong wind and keep the body warm.
Our two-layer laminated, waterproof, breathable, windproof polyurethane fabrics are washable and suitable for dry cleaning.
Usage
Tepastex PTFE or polyurethane laminated fabrics are designed for use in the production of outerwear such as ski jackets, raincoats and jackets.

WATERPROOF
TEPASTEX fabrics are designed to be %100 waterproof to provide maximum protection against heavy rain and even accumulation of snow. We gladly announce to produce the highest level of waterproof fabrics in the market.
WATER REPELLENT
With our special hydrophobic treatment, we make the fabrics highly water repellent. Therefore, water cannot penetrate through fabric, rather it slides off from the surface and the contaminants can be easily removed with water or rain.
BREATHABLE
Using the latest dyeing technology, we ensure that our fabrics have the highest possible color fastness. In this way, even if our fabrics are exposed to sunlight for a long time, they keep their color and do not fade.
WINDPROOF
High quality sublimation (sub-dye) printing or digital printing can be made on our fabrics.
WASHABLE
Fabrics with this symbol can be washed at 30° C. It is suggested to dry by hanging.
DRY CLEANING
Fabrics with this symbol are suitable for dry cleaning.
